Title: Ayam Kampung Bakar Daun Ketumbar & Kerabu Rumpai Laut






Bosan asyik makan menu yang sama, tiba tiba teringin nak makan ayam kampung bakar. Saya memang tak suka ayam biasa yang kat pasar tu. Lebih suka ayam kampung dan ayam pencen(ayam tua yang warna kuning tu). Sebab rasanya lebih sedap. Teringat pula rumpai laut dalam bilik tak disentuh pun. Buat kerabu pon ok jugak. Ni resepi ayam bakar dan kerabu rumpai laut cara saya.

Kerabu Rumpai Laut
Bahan bahan
- 1 ekor sotong rendam (rebus n potong ikut suka)
- rumpai laut yang dah direndam semalaman
- 1 biji mangga (cincang halus)
- 2 biji tomato (potong halus)
- 1 biji bawang besar (cincang)
- cili padi
- 1 batang serai (potong halus)
- 1 biji limau nipis

* campur dan gaulkan semua bahan. Perah limau dan perasakan dengan garam ^^,

Ayam Kampung Bakar Daun Ketumbar
Bahan bahan
- 1 ekor ayam kampung (ayam biasa pon boleh)
- 2 biji bawang besar
- 1 labu bawang putih
- 1 inci halia
- 1 inci lengkuas
- lada hitam
- cili padi
- segenggam daun ketumbar
- jintan manis
- jintan putih
- 2 sudu kunyit dan rempah kari

* Kisar semua bahan,perapkan pada ayam. Perasakan dengan garam. Bakar =)
